By downloading, installing, or using the Prism application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ogy Digital Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Prism is a daily AI news digest application that curates the latest developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technology. Our services include:

• Daily curated digest of 7 AI news items
• Coverage of LLMs, AI Agents, Tools, Research, Business, and Policy topics
• Article summaries with actionable insights
• Personal library for saving articles
• Search and explore past digests
• Push notifications for daily digest delivery

👤 User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the application
• Respect intellectual property rights of content sources
• Do not create multiple accounts or share account credentials

Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
• Manage Subscription: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through the App Store on your device
• Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Prism
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• You retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change pricing, we will provide notice of the change through the App Store, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

📰 Content and Intellectual Property

News Content

Prism curates and summarizes news from various sources with proper attribution. The original content remains the property of the respective publishers. We provide links to original articles for full stories.

App Content

The Prism application, including its design, features, algorithms, summaries, and curated content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your personal data, saved articles, and preferences. By using Prism, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide our services.

Important Notice: Prism uses artificial intelligence to curate and summarize news content. Please understand that:

• AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only
• Summaries may occasionally contain inaccuracies; always verify with original sources
• Content should not be considered professional advice
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free content
• AI curation is performed server-side; your personal data is not used for AI processing

• Service availability may vary and is subject to maintenance and updates

🔄 Account Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any active subscription will continue until the end of the paid period unless cancelled through the App Store.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Prism for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing our curated content without permission
• Using automated systems or bots to access the service
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another person or entity
